6. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account anytime through the app settings.

7. Disclaimers

Kineke is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or error-free performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kineke Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where applicable, without regard to conflict of law principles.
